What currency is listed on this webistie and what can I use on checkout?
Our site default currency is in Canadian Dollar CAD. You can use our currency selector at the bottom of our site. Click Here. If you not sure you can always check top right corner (or click setting icon) to see what currency currently selected.

1. You can just simply process your payment using Canadian Dollars and you may get a better rate from your own payment provider. My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. some may have limited time period special offers that is expired. First, recommend Spot Surface Cleaning for small dirt and grime.

your can put your plush in a pillowcase and tie it closed for air dry.

If your plushies have wrinkles, need to be clean, remove the tag ( you can keep it in a safe place or put it back after you finished cleaning). Wash cool or warm water in Gentlest Cycle and dry LOW heat or Air Puff, Your Squishmallow in the pillowcase will come out fluffy and good as new.

General Shipping Information
Most of the International orders will get a tracking number to ensure all the process is clear.

Canadian & US buyers provide tracking number or delivery confirmation.
processing time usually 1-5 business days

Order will be processed 3 hr after the cooling-off period for buyers who may wish to cancel their order due to any reasons. There subject to cancellation fee if payment has been processed, I don't accept a return to most cases due to Hygiene reasons unless it is a very special case. I check all items before it gets pack and ship, I'm ensured 100% no damages before product get shipped.

In general, there will be no shipping schedule on regular weekends and Canadian Holidays, but if there is special order that required special time frame, please let me know asap. <

Customs, VAT and import taxes
Due to the customs policy varies in each countries, we CANNOT guarantee and provide import taxes on your order.

Our product price does not included import tax (DDU) of your country.

For all EU resident, There is changes on VAT law after July 1st, 2021 on VAT.
VAT e-commerce rules will abolish this provision as of 1 July 2021. After July 1, 2021, orders equal to or less than 150 EUR have VAT applied to them, and orders greater than 150 EUR have import VAT and duties applied.

Please check your with local country customs and tax authority for more information about import goods. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Most of my shipments especially oversized stuffed toys will be vacuum seal whenever is necessary package in poly mailers, or a clean corrugated box. Currently, I'm not offering a gift wrapping option or customized order, I will set it up in the future. If you have any special requests on the packaging, please send me a message I will get back to you asap.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, For buyer best interest, We offer tracking number to all of shipments. You will get notification via email or sms once we obtain tracking number from our courier partner. There are different Courier partner we choose that would be best suits for your products and location. (i.e., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc ) .

For International Buyer, I recommend provide your phone number when placing your order.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses or some size limited to certain carrier, If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to us.
Can I cancel my order I just placed?
Cancellation & Change of Order

Order will be usually processed within hours, buyers can request full order cancellation

within 3 hours of purchase a cooling of period if buyer change their mind or make a wrong purchase.

There will be fees applied once the order passed cooling off period. and we cannot cancel an order that has been processed. Please see full detail under Cancellation & Change of Order in our refund policy.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchange After Delivery

If you have a change of mind. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

2. Return Item within: 9 days after confirming of exchange.
3. Send product back, we received and inspected your item meets the conditions.

We are apologized that that your order arrived in less than pristine condition and damaged could be cause in transit! Most of my parcel will included insurance up to $50-100 if there are any issue due to carrier.
