Refund Policy for Addicted Collectibles & Gifts

We ensure our buyers have the best experience and quality products, and we take pride in sourcing and processing our orders.  Our products will be fully inspected and carefully packaged before they get shipped. We ensured items shipped without any damages and in good condition.

This policy included refund, exchange, and cancellation information.
All Buyers who made purchases from us are protected and agree on the refund policy set below.

 

Cancellation

We committed to providing good services, order will be usually processed within hours, buyers can cancel your order under the conditions below within 48 hrs after the order placed.

1. Request a full cancellation within 3 hours of purchase (cooling-off period)
2. The order hasn't Packaged or Shipped.
3. The product has not been altered for customization or personalization.
4. Order hasn't processed by fulfillment center or warehouse.
    Please understand It is too late to cancel your order if your order does not meet any of the 4 conditions above, please make sure you review to ensure the correct item ordered.

    Before we cancel your order you fully understand we will apply cancellation or change or order fees of a 5% total of your order for our administration fee**.

    **Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order.

    Change of order

    Due to system restrictions - any change of existing order only can be done if the buyer purchased in our default currency (CAD). If the Buyer used another currency on checkout we can only cancel your existing order and create a new one. We would suggest simply cancel the existing order and create a new order. However, we cannot guarantee Item will be available again for your purchase once the item RESTOCK after cancellation.


    There are options below for buyers who request cancellation,
    change of order that meets the conditions above.

    A. Exchange item for same value/type of product 
    B. Add or remove a product from your order
    C. Cancellation of the order refund to store credit (discount code or gift card)
    D. Cancellation of the order refund to your original payment method  ( only applied to condition 1. above)
    E. Change or update your delivery or contact information.
    F. Change or update another payment method.

     


    Exchange After a Delivery, buyer change of mind

    If you have a change of mind. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 15 days and
    we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs and 2% restocking fee.



    The item for exchange or refund must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also require a  proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must meet under conditions below:
    1. Contact us within  5 days of delivery
    2. Return Item within: 9 days after confirming of exchange.
    3. We received and inspected your item meets the above condition.
    4. Item is not falling under Section Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
    5. You make a separate purchase for the new item.

    All exchanges are approved at our discretion. Once the returned item is accepted,  you can exchange your item (by making a separate purchase).  We will issue a refund of the original price of the product to your original payment method.

     

    Exchange

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchange like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on :

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale/clearance/final sale
    • Plush that has been washed or altered.
    • Items have been opened or used.
    • Gift Cards
    • Marked as As-is/Pre-Own/Used Items


    Damaged Goods & Related Issues*

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email from your original order confirmation email immediately upon delivery, if the item is damaged due to delivery or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with proof that what was damages. Usually, the damage is very minor due to shipping, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Options with damages Items
    1. Contact Insurance Company to claim damage during transit.
    2. You keep the item and accept a partial refund or store credit ( it will be determined by the condition of the item.)

    * Buyer should contact Manufacturer for any manufacturer defects, or any minor manufacturer flaws, please contact the manufacturer for product warranty, we are not responsible for any defects on products.

    *We are not held responsible or issue a credit for items damaged due to third parties or buyers mishandling.

     

    Refund

    All purchases through our Website are Final. 

     

    Store Credit / Gift Card / Discount code.

    All Store Credit, Gift Card, and Discount code issued under our refund policy are not transferable, and only be used under an associated account and/or only be redeemed by the same person associated with the account. If any other parties using for other purchase, we have the right to cancel the order without notice. 

     

    Limitation on Liability

    Under any circumstances, by making each transaction from this website, our liability shall not exceed the amount of the total you paid (inclusive of shipping).

    our refund policy includes but is not limited to the above information. If the circumstance arises that falls outside of the above mentioned,  We will always work with the best solution as fairly as possible to customers, as well as using our site policy as a basis for all decisions.
