Dear customers, Most of the shipments delivered in estimated delivery time. However, due to the current situation of the Canadian major courier disruption and holiday seasons, We may experience shipments delay, and some of the carriers in certain countries do not provide a guarantee on delivery time. We are working hard to process all orders as fast as possible. Processing time refers to payment and order verification, quality check, customization, and packaging. Each individual goods and products' process time could be different. Large orders and customization orders could take longer.
In general cases, orders will be processed within 1-5 business days, if there is an error with your order or item that is not in stock we will notify you to confirm before we process your order.
All orders are ship from either the fulfillment center or directly from us, If you place your order before 12 pm, we will start processing it on the same day after the cooling-off period excluding the backorder or pre-order items.

Some Requirements for different countries
For all International Buyers: we require and recommend all buyers to provide their contact number to us to ensure the carrier can contact you if any extra information need from you when the parcel arrived at the destination
Korea 🇰🇷, we require your personal customs code or birthday as per request by the Korean customs clearance. Put this in your order note.
Mainland China/HK 🇨🇳, we require an additional address in CHINESE CHARACTER, please also fill in a CHINESE name if you have one.
The estimated delivery time or shipping time (which does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.
Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on the size and weight and destination country. most of the parcels will provide tracking numbers depending on the delivery services you choose, highly recommended when choosing a service with a tracking number service included, if you have any special request on how the parcel is delivered to you, please write a note to when you placing your order and we can instruct carrier with proper instructions. Parcels will be delivered on working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.
Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
For any international orders, the courier service does not accept item declare as a gift. You can still contact us or leave a note on your order your item is a gift.
Refund Policy does not apply in any case including items damaged in transit, lost in transit, etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied. we provide parcel option for insurance up to $50-100 on each shipment, buyers can file insurance claims as soon as possible if falls under those situations within 60days.

In any case, the parcel may return to us for one of the following reasons.

Disregarding any reasons, We will be charged the return delivery cost by Carrier for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "unclaimed" or due to address the related problems.
Some Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out to decrease your losses.
Unfortunately, We can't re-ship orders that carriers returned to us if the address is incorrect, or considered undeliverable, if you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website.
Pre-order item referring the product is not in stock in our warehouse. We will ship orders as soon as possible once our pre-order stock has transferred to our warehouse or fulfillment center. Each product may have a different estimated arrival time, by ordering pre-order meaning you accept the ship day would be different from our regular shipping policy. There may be an unexpected reason that stock may not be able to deliver to us or delay, if we could not ship out your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund and your order will be canceled.
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee the duty for you. For all International Customers, our order will not include import tax of your country. But we’ll try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product. Please check with your local country customs authority for more information about import goods. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.

Under any circumstances, by making each transaction from this website, our liability shall not exceed the amount of the total you paid (inclusive of shipping).
